Vehicles of the HEERO brand delivered before July 1, 2026, are not the subject of the business activities of HEERO Motors GmbH, Munich Local Court HRB 310939. Claims arising from the purchase contract, statutory warranty and guarantee for these vehicles are directed against the contracting company of that time. TO ZERO GmbH is the point of contact for technical support, maintenance and repair of these vehicles.
Demarcation
HEERO Motors GmbH has not assumed any guarantee, warranty or service obligations arising from contracts concluded before July 1, 2026. Referral to TO ZERO GmbH does not establish any liability on the part of HEERO Motors GmbH and no brokerage commission. TO ZERO GmbH is an independent company in which HEERO Motors GmbH holds no interest.

Maintenance, repair and spare parts for existing vehicles: TO ZERO GmbH, to-zero.de.
Statutory warranty and guarantee from legacy contracts: the contracting company of that time.
Claims for purchase price refunds, contract reversals, and damages from legacy contracts: the contracting company of that time.
Conversion of further existing vehicles to electric drive: TO ZERO GmbH.
New generation vehicles: HEERO Motors GmbH.

For maintenance, repairs, and spare parts, contact TO ZERO GmbH. For contractual claims, contact the contracting company of that time.
Does HEERO Motors assume the warranty for older HEERO vehicles?
No. HEERO Motors GmbH has not assumed any warranty obligations from the period before July 1, 2026.
Does the forwarding to TO ZERO GmbH cost anything?
