HEERO and HEERO Motors are brands of HEERO Motors GmbH. The trademark rights were acquired in 2026 as part of an asset deal. HEERO Motors GmbH is an independent company and not the legal successor to the former trademark owner.
Claims arising from contracts for vehicles delivered before July 1, 2026 – in particular from the purchase contract, statutory warranty, and guarantee – are directed against the contracting company of that time.
Converting existing vehicles to electric drive is not part of the services offered by HEERO Motors GmbH. We are not affiliated with the Mercedes-Benz Group.
