HOW DO I RIDE MY HEERO AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE? IS THE HEERO SUITABLE FOR MY DAILY ROUTES?

Despite the enormous power of up to 180kW / 245PS, the HEERO achieves ranges of up to 500 kilometres in urban areas thanks to the efficient drivetrain. Factors such as driving style, outside temperature, topography, load, comfort and auxiliary consumers can of course influence this. Nevertheless, you will be surprised how far the HEERO can travel even under difficult conditions.

DOES THE BATTERY HAVE TO BE PURCHASED OR LEASED SEPARATELY?

The battery is already included in the purchase price. There are therefore no additional costs for battery hire. You receive a full 8-year or 160,000 km warranty on the battery - as well as on all e-components that are installed by us with the conversion.

WHEN DOES THE HEERO HAVE TO UNDERGO A GENERAL INSPECTION?

The HEERO must be inspected every 2 years, and annually for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes GVW.

What colour will my HEERO be after the conversion?

Thanks to the concept of recycling management, HEEROs can be refitted in a wide variety of colours. If your desired colour is different, we also offer partial or complete wrapping.

Can I also drive the HEERO with a category B driving licence?

Yes, every HEERO up to 3.5t GVW can be driven with a category B driving licence. Thanks to a legal exception, the HEERO can even be loaded with the additional weight of the electric drive, so that the full payload is retained as with the Verbenner - and the car can still be driven with a category B driving licence. *Please check the current legal situation before ordering.

Can the HEERO also recover energy by means of recuperation?

Yes, every HEERO has a perfectly tuned recuperation stage as standard, which can even be steplessly controlled while driving using the accelerator pedal.

What is the maximum speed of the HEERO?

Up to a tonnage of 3.5 tonnes GVW, the panel van travels at a maximum of 120 km/h, the open bodies at 105 km/h. For larger fleets, we also offer you the option of adapting the speed to your requirements within the system limits as a special option.

What charging options does the HEERO have?

The HEERO can be charged using all common charging methods: With alternating current (AC charging stations or wallboxes with type 2 charging cable) with up to 22kW, fast charging with up to 135kW (at fast charging stations via CCS plug), via high voltage current e.g. on construction sites or depots or even 230V from the socket are possible. This gives you maximum flexibility for your application.
