We are building HEERO as an AI-native company. Not as a buzzword, but as an operating model: for us, AI is not just a tool in one department, but the prerequisite for a small team to compete against corporate structures. This applies to sales – quotation logic, configuration, TCO calculation, tender documents – as well as to operations, from spare parts planning to homologation documentation. Whatever can be automated is automated. What requires human judgment is done by people. Drawing this line clearly and continuously pushing it forward is my task. Anyone who starts with us does not work alongside AI. They work with it, from day one.
