Its use extends to quoting logic, configuration, TCO calculation, and tender documents in sales, as well as spare parts disposition and homologation documentation in operations.
Why this is a structural and not a cosmetic decision
A vehicle company must perform a minimum amount of work, regardless of its size: homologation documentation, tender documents, master spare parts data, multilingual customer communication, market monitoring. This work scales classically through personnel. If, instead, it scales through automation, the minimum size at which a vehicle company is operational changes. This is precisely the working hypothesis of HEERO Motors.
Where the boundary lies
Whatever can be automated will be automated. Whatever requires judgment is done by humans. Product decisions, approvals, safety matters, pricing decisions, and communication with customers in case of conflict remain with humans.
