Important note: Standard wear parts from Mercedes-Benz can be easily serviced and replaced by any qualified workshop in Europe - without any special knowledge.

We source the best providers across Europe and additionally train them on the Heero eDrive System. This ensures high-quality service on Heero vehicles. This includes some workshop partners from Mercedes-Benz.

At your request, we will train your own workshop so that you can handle the infrequent maintenance of the HEERO eDrive system yourself. The HEERO eDrive system is low-maintenance and service-friendly.

An expert from the HEERO headquarters is always available for remote support. Your employees only require a high-voltage certificate S2, as a qualified person (FHV) for work on HV systems. This ensures your HEERO service is readily available on site.
