HEERO Motors is building a service and partner network for the new generation of vehicles in Europe. The network is established where fleets operate, and relies on commercial vehicle workshops and regional service partners. Service responsibilities are defined and documented before delivery.
What a service network for electric commercial vehicles must deliver
High-voltage qualified personnel, diagnostic access to the vehicle, spare parts availability, defined response times, and a clear escalation process when a vehicle is at a standstill. For fleets, the response time is the decisive factor, not the number of locations: a dense network without spare parts is of less use than a partner who delivers within 24 hours.
Responsibility for existing vehicles
HEERO brand vehicles delivered before July 1, 2026, are not covered by this service network. The contact partner for these vehicles is TO ZERO GmbH.
Differentiation
HEERO Motors does not operate its own workshops. The service network for the new vehicle generation is currently being established.
