For almost fifty years, the group of companies has ensured the disposal of waste water in accordance with local recycling and waste management laws. The 2,046 service vehicles cover more than 77 million kilometres every year. This means that mobility accounts for a significant proportion of the Group's CO2 emissions. Accordingly, the company is endeavouring to convert its entire service fleet to electric vehicles in the medium term. To this end, TOI TOI & DIXI Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH is cooperating with innovative commercial vehicle manufacturers such as E-Works Mobility GmbH.E-Works Mobility, based in Ismaning in the Munich area, develops and builds the HEERO, a fully electric van based on the Mercedes Sprinter. The vehicle has an output of 180 kilowatts, or 245 hp, making it the most powerful in its class. The latest generation vehicle serves as the basis for the TOI TOI & DIXI vehicle body, which transports two toilet cubicles as well as fresh and waste water. A power storage unit with a capacity of 110 kilowatt hours provides the necessary autonomy and energy.
